2007 All-Fraternity All-American Basketball Team

 

The honorees, representing NCAA Divisions I, II and III were submitted to the NIC website. Feedback was also provided by Greek Advisors, IFCs, fraternity headquarters and sports information directors, in addition to research done by Jay Langhammer, Director, NIC Sports.

Zach Freeman, Sigma Chi-Illinois Wesleyan

Finalist for Josten Trophy as top Division III player; All-CCIW first team; led with 539 points (21.6 avg); 228 rebounds (9.1); 27 blocks; 61.4 FG % (17th in DIII)

Connor Atchley, Sigma Alpha Epsilon-Texas

Winner of team’s Jack Gray Award; All-Big 12 Academic second team; second with 50 blocks; third with 136 rebounds (3.9)

Thomas Juillerat, Lambda Chi Alpha-Cal-Davis

All-Division I Independent Team honorable mention; led team with 320 points (12.8); rebounds (134, 5.4 avg); and 39 steals

Andrew Zimmer, Beta Theta Pi-Wabash

All-NCAC first team; All-Great Lakes honorable mention; led team with 490 points (19.6); rebounds (195, 7.8), minutes (768), blocks (40) and steals (26)

Andrew Tulowitz, Kappa Alpha Order-Oglethorpe

All-SCAC first team; led team in scoring (432 points, 16.6avg); minutes (906); and assists (75). Tied for second in DIII three-point shooting (50.0%)

Michael White, Sigma Chi-Pacific

All-Big West Academic first team; second in blocks (10) and third in rebounding (124, 4.3); scored 276 points (9.5) and shot 52.4% from the field

John Patterson, Sigma Alpha Epsilon-Centre

SCAC Defensive Player of the Year; led team with 220 rebounds (7.6) and 62 blocked shots; scored 239 points (8.2)

Greg Bienemann, Phi Kappa Sigma-Washington & Lee

All-ODAC first team; Virginia College Division All-State first team; led in scoring (446 points, 17.8), rebounds (169, 6.8), minutes (687); shot 56.1% from the field

Zak Silas, Delta Tau Delta-Albion

All-MIAA first team; All-Great Lakes second team; led team with 360 points (14.4) and 668 minutes; third in DIII with 90.9% at the free throw line

Austin Brown, Alpha Tau Omega-DePauw

All-SCAC first team; led team with 415 points (14.8); shot 53.3% from the field; grabbed 143 rebounds (5.1) with 34 steals and 45 assists
