UIFI 2012 Facilitator Travel Form
We are extremely excited for your involvement in UIFI this summer. As you make your travel arrangements for UIFI, please note the following:
IF YOU ARE DRIVING TO UIFI:
- Plan to arrive at the chapter house by 12:00 pm on the first day of your session.
- Plan to depart the chapter house at approximately 12:00 pm on the final day of your session.
IF YOU ARE FLYING TO UIFI:
- Fly into the Indianapolis International Airport (IND).
- Your flight should arrive at the airport no later than 10:30 am on the first day of your session, and should depart after 3:00 pm on the last day of your session. Transportation from the airport to Bloomington and back to the airport will be provided for you.
- Do not schedule flights outisde of these times without contacting the NIC for approval. If you are unable to arrangements within this timeframe, we will attempt to work with you to create suitable alternative option. Email the NIC at nic@nicindy.org.
- Your session coordinator will be in contact with you approximately one week prior to your session to coordinate travel from the airport to the UIFI chapter house in Bloomington.
