Coalition Assessment Project
Phases of the Fraternity/Sorority Coalition Assessment Project:
Phase 1:
- Campus decides to host a Coalition Assessment Project visit
- Campus asked to identify key campus personnel and possible dates for on campus portion of the assessment process
- Campus asked to appoint "Blue Ribbon Committee" to serve as support for staff during the assessment, to meet with on campus visit team, and to review final report to discuss implementation
- Letter of Agreement sent to each campus; Campus signs and returns

Campus collects pre-visit data for Coalition
Phase 2 :
- Assessment team is appointed and information shared with campus (15 days prior to visit)
- Campus completes and returns data request prior to on campus visit (14 days prior to visit)
Logistics of on campus visit finalized (3 days prior to visit)
Phase 3:
- Assessment team conducts on-campus visit
Team confers and writes final report
Phase 4:
- Final Report received by each campus (typically 8-10 weeks after visit)
- Follow up with campus by coalition manager (within 2 weeks of visit)
- On-campus presentation of final report by Team Lead (optional)
- Follow up survey(s) sent to campus contact to track response to report and community behavior change (6- and 12-months after visit)
