**All headquarters account names and passwords have been distributed. We are currently in the process of distributing account names and passwords to universities and associate members. This process should be completed by September 1st. If you have not received your information at that point, please contact meghan@nicindy.org.
NIC Online Directory Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I get a password?
Passwords and account names have been given to associate member contacts, executive directors and to university staff members that have identified themselves as advisors to fraternities. If you don’t fall into any of those categories then you might not be eligible for access to the directory. If you do fall into one of those categories but still haven’t received an account name and password, please contact us and we will send it to you immediately.
I’ve lost my password, what do I do?
First, search long and hard for the account name and password that were issued to you. The NIC doesn’t keep track of passwords; rather we will have to do a password reset. This process takes about one business day and the request can only come from: associate member contacts, executive directors or university staff members that have identified themselves as advisors to fraternities. The aforementioned contacts can list other emails that are able to request password resets, but that is it.
I can’t change things within the Online Directory; I’m only able to view them.
Each associate member contact, executive director or university staff member that has identified themselves as advisors to fraternities was issued two account names and passwords. One that serves as an administrative account and one that serves as solely a viewing account. The administrative account has the ability to view and change information.
I have suggestions on things I’d like to see within the Online Directory, how do I submit them?
