SAE Horse Trainer Wins his Fifth Preakness Stakes
At the 136th running of the Preakness Stakes, Bob Baffert, a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon from University of Arizona, saw his horse, Shackleford, lead wire-to-wire to beat Kentucky Derby winner Animal Kingdom. Baffert, one of the top trainers in the United States, previously saw his horse finish fourth at the Derby and will watch Shackleford shoot for a second straight win at the Belmont Stakes, the third leg of horse racing's big three events, on June 11th.
