Institute for Greek Advancement

Welcome

Institute for Greek Advancement Registration 2009 is available here.

The Institute for Greek Advancement was founded in 2003 as a resource to professionals in the men's and women's fraternity foundations. It is affiliated with the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and is an activity of the NIC Foundation (NICF).  The IGA qualifies for continuing education credits toward keeping or achieving CFRE certification.

The annual Institute is held during the first weekend in February in Los Cabos, Mexico, bringing together foundation leaders, vendor partners and successful non-profit experts to share ideas, learn from one another, and promote the work and impact of fraternal foundations.  Past Keynote Speakers include Murray Blackwelder, VP of Advancement at Purdue University; Gerald Jackubowski, President of Rose Hulman University and; Mark Helmus, VP for Advancement at Butler University.

Priority for invitations go to Greek-letter foundations that are NIC Foundation Section members and attend THE Foundations Seminar in Indianapolis, as well as vendor partners that are sponsors at THE Foundations Seminar.  Click HERE for more details.
