The North-American Interfraternity Conference invites candidates to submit an application for the Director of Fraternity Advancement Position. The director’s position will concentrate on advancing the growth of the fraternity movement through project based initiatives. The Director of Fraternity Advancement will be based at the NIC headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.

Kappa Alpha Order (known as “KA” or “the Order”), a national men’s collegiate social fraternity, founded in 1865, is proud to celebrate the milestone of 150,000 total initiates.
