Whereas , in each of its 92 previous meetings the North-American Interfraternity Conference has paid tribute to the alumni of its member fraternities who have passed to the Chapter Eternal since the last annual meeting;
BE IT RESOLVED , that the 2002 House of Delegates of the North-American Interfraternity Conference observes a moment of silence in memory of these fraternity men whose names are listed on the 2002 Memorial List;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the 2002 House of Delegates observes a moment of silence in memory of our departed brothers.
