Whereas , our immediate past-president William D. Jenkins, Phi Kappa Tau, has offered dedicated leadership, years of service to the North-American Interfraternity Conference and commitment to the inter-fraternal community;
BE IT RESOLVED , that the House of Delegates expresses its appreciation to William D. Jenkins for his dedication, leadership, and years of service to the North-American Interfraternity Conference.
