Whereas , the North-American Interfraternity Conference and the Association of Fraternity Advisors have enjoyed a beneficial relationship at this Annual Meeting, as well as a productive relationship with Victor Felts, AFA Liaison to the NIC;
BE IT RESOLVED , that the House of Delegates expresses its appreciation to the Association of Fraternity Advisors for its cooperation and contribution to the success of the 2002 Annual Meeting, and especially to Victor Felts for his untiring efforts to foster the relationship.
