Whereas , the North-American Interfraternity Conference has benefited from the countless man-hours freely given by members who participated on committees during the course of the year;
BE IT RESOLVED , that the House of Delegates expresses its appreciation to the members of the NIC fraternities for their contribution to the success and growth of the NIC.
