Whereas , the North-American Interfraternity Conference has benefited from the cooperative grant with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration,
BE IT RESOLVED , that the House of Delegates expresses its appreciation to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), specifically the contract officer Ruth Esteban-Muir, for her contribution to the success and growth of the NIC.
